I founded matchmedics to fill a gap in the medical recruitment market. I operate on the simple premise that if we provide the very highest levels of service, clients and candidates will come back to us time and time again. Having worked in medical recruitment since 2003, I try to use that knowledge of the market to assist my colleagues, clients and candidates to achieve the very best they can.
Outside of work, I follow the (increasingly waning) fortunes of Coventry City on the football field and take Jack, our 4 year old Cocker Spaniel on adventurous walks.

has been in the healthcare sector. Mark
has Project Managed large scale International Healthcare Recruitment Projects working
closely with both Public and Private Sector clients to successfully source and
recruit professionals globally.
As a qualified and experienced Life & Career Coach he
instinctively explores the motivations and interests of candidates to ensure
they are perfectly matched to our clients.

personalised approach, Graham has been
able to develop particularly strong networks of doctor candidates, from SHO to Consultant level, across all specialties
Kate uses a full range of traditional and online marketing
tools to build and develop talent communities in the medical, nursing and HCA
markets. Kate also manages MatchMedics’ social networks which provides
engaging, relevant content to potential candidates and organises MatchMedics’
presence at the most high profile medical conferences around the world.
